What you will do
- Collaborate with clients to define engagement plans, manage project milestones, and mitigate technical risks.
- Serve as the primary technical advisor, supporting platform architecture, deployment, and MLOps strategies.
- Provide hands-on support for identity management, security, and compute resource configuration.
- Drive platform integration into client systems and troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Document best practices and share knowledge to improve internal team effectiveness.
- Capture and translate client feedback into actionable insights for the Product and Engineering teams.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role.
- Strong expertise in Linux system administration and networking.
- Proficiency in cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Hands-on experience with the Kubernetes ecosystem for administration and tuning.
- Knowledge of identity management tools like LDAP, Kerberos, or Active Directory.
- Familiarity with Hadoop or Spark ecosystems.
Nice to have
- Programming experience in Python or Java.
- Background in Data Science.
- Familiarity with ML-Ops practices.
