What you will do

• Manage the end-to-end process for customer orders and projects from intake to completion and invoicing.
• Act as the primary point of contact for sales teams and customers to verify solutions and ensure accurate execution.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to plan installations and manage timelines.
• Oversee relationships with field engineers and alliance partners to ensure standards are met.
• Maintain systems and dashboards to track order status and identify process improvements.
• Lead large-scale customer deployments including planning, reporting, and issue resolution.

Requirements

• Based in Spain.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a professional business environment.
• Strong organizational skills with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
