Senior Customer Success Manager (EV Charging): Owning and growing a portfolio of hirify.global’s strategic customers in Belgium and France with an accent on securing renewals, preventing churn, and driving expansion. Focus on delivering measurable outcomes, building trusted executive relationships, and defining Customer Success as a commercial advantage.

Location: Hybrid in Paris, France, covering Belgium and France markets. Requires travel up to 4 times per quarter to partners.

Salary: €62,200–€83,500 year/gross + 20% bonus

What you will do

  • Own and grow a portfolio of strategic customers in Belgium and France.
  • Secure renewals and prevent churn through proactive execution.
  • Drive expansion and upsell across markets, products, and services.
  • Conduct QBRs and value-based touchpoints to connect adoption to commercial outcomes.
  • Turn satisfied customers into references and co-marketing opportunities.
  • Capture market intelligence and feed insights into Product and Leadership.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of SaaS Customer Success experience (Enterprise/Strategic exposure a plus).
  • Fluent in French and English (Dutch is a plus).
  • Experience in e-mobility or energy management is a strong plus.
  • Comfortable owning commercial outcomes: renewals, upsell, expansion, negotiation preparation, churn prevention.
  • Strong executive presence with excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Highly structured and metrics-driven; strong CRM discipline and forecasting mindset.
  • Confident navigating complex organizations with technical and commercial stakeholders.
  • Strong project management, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with AI productivity tools (Copilot, Notion AI, ChatGPT, Gemini).
  • Able to travel up to 4 times per quarter to see partners.
