What you will do

  • Achieve quarterly and annual business development and revenue targets through GSI-led opportunities.
  • Build and deepen relationships with a select portfolio of GSIs.
  • Identify, qualify, and progress joint opportunities with GSI/SI engagement teams and hirify.global Enterprise Sales/Pre-Sales teams.
  • Drive awareness of hirify.global solutions within GSI organizations through enablement sessions, marketing collaboration, and executive engagement.
  • Partner with EMEA marketing, sales, pre-sales, inside sales, and global GSI teams to execute joint initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate opportunity tracking and progress updates in Salesforce.

Requirements

  • Deep understanding of GSI and SI business models, organizational structures, and executive networks.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in business development within an IT/software vendor or GSI or partner environment.
  • Proven track record of building strategic partnerships, creating pipeline, and closing complex deals.
  • Strong commercial acumen, resilience, and ability to balance strategic vision with tactical execution.
