What you will do

• Drive the execution, growth, and scale of hirify.global in the United Kingdom for credit underwriting and purchase experience interfaces.
• Lead credit and purchase UX strategy, defining success metrics and driving execution impact.
• Understand hirify.global UK users and merchants at a deep level to inform product decisions.
• Drive product expansion to new international markets in the credit and purchase experience domain.
• Partner closely with engineering teams across the organization to drive product development and prioritization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (e.g., Revenue, Legal, Compliance, Credit, Fraud) to shape the product roadmap.

Requirements

• Directly managed technical software products from kick-off to post-launch, driving meaningful business impact.
• Experience working on a consumer technology product in the UK or Europe.
• Comfortable diving into technical details with engineers, iterating with designers, and breaking down funnels with data analysts.
• Possess the discipline, organizational skills, and interpersonal communication skills to navigate complex organizational dynamics.
• Ability to effectively influence engineering teams outside direct purview to prioritize and build necessary product features.
• Strong bias towards action and capability to effectively navigate obstacles and blockers.
• Able to turn incomplete, conflicting, or ambiguous inputs into a solid action plan.
• Direct experience shipping high-quality products on time.
