What you will do
- Partner directly with customers across Southern Europe to drive adoption of the hirify.global platform, including core speech models, creative tools, and Agents.
- Administer onboarding and enablement tactics, advising on best practices for deploying AI across web, mobile, and backend systems.
- Analyze product usage and performance to identify friction points, unblock adoption, and help customers realize measurable value.
- Own commercial outcomes for a defined set of accounts, measured by Gross and Net Revenue Retention.
- Identify expansion opportunities, drive renewals and upsells, and collaborate with Sales, Engineering, and Customer Success leadership.
Requirements
- 5+ years of Customer Success or Account Management experience supporting complex B2B SaaS, Developer Tools, or AI/ML products.
- Fluent in Italian or Spanish and English.
- Familiarity and experience with building and deploying AI agents.
- Experience with API Integrations and navigating SDKs.
- Proven experience driving revenue outcomes, including owning a revenue quota and closing cross-sell opportunities and renewals.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, technical, and analytical skills.
