Location: Must be in-office 5 days per week in Union Square, NYC

Salary: $100K - $110K

What you will do

• Own and manage a portfolio of SMB clients, serving as their primary point of contact.
• Support Senior Customer Success Managers on Enterprise and Strategic accounts, assisting with onboarding and client support.
• Lead SMB client onboarding and implementation.
• Run product enablement sessions to drive consistent usage and measurable value.
• Monitor usage trends and customer health metrics, proactively flagging risks and growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Legal Engineering, and Marketing to represent the voice of SMB clients.

Requirements

• 2+ years of professional experience in a law firm, legal environment, or a customer-facing role in a B2B SaaS or technology company.
• Experience working directly with clients, building relationships, and supporting outcomes.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Clear, confident communication skills.
• Proactive, detail-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership.
• Must be able to work in-office 5 days per week in Union Square, NYC.
