What you will do

• Coordinate global Research activities with senior and mid-level managers to expedite ideas into action.
• Initiate discussions to identify project issues, find solutions, and lead their implementation.
• Collaborate with project leaders in setting organizational vision, operational strategy, and hiring levels.
• Develop actionable project strategies and plans aligned with short-term and long-term objectives.
• Translate strategy into growth steps, implementing project goal setting and performance management.
• Build positive relationships and drive collaboration with colleagues to ensure successful project execution and delivery.

Requirements

• Hold a Bachelor’s or advanced degree(s) from a leading university.
• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager or in a similar role.
• Strong familiarity with project management methodologies and best practices.
• Excellent analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Experience as a team leader and proven ability to complete projects according to scope, budget, and timeline with minimal supervision.
