What you will do

• Manage a portfolio of IT projects ensuring successful execution and customer satisfaction according to established methodologies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal departments and manage vendor engagements to ensure contractual obligations are met.
• Coordinate across IT units and provide timely project initiation, status, and closure reports to management.
• Minimize risk exposure by managing project scope and implementing mitigation strategies across the portfolio.
• Handle complex project personnel situations in liaison with the Human Capital function.
• Ensure high standards of confidentiality and security for project information in accordance with Group policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree and PMI Project Management Certification.
• Minimum 8 years of experience managing IT projects specifically within banking and financial services.
• Excellent oral and written English communication skills.
• Strong stakeholder management, analytical, and financial management skills.
• Proven leadership, motivational, and team-building capabilities.

Nice to have

• MBA or Master's Degree.
