What you will do

• Lead the engineering team through the entire development lifecycle.
• Process payment (credit cards and mobile money), SMS gates, and legal integration requests.
• Ensure the stability and continuous improvement of existing functionality.
• Work with internal and external stakeholders to manage project timelines, expectations, and milestones.
• Ensure the team delivers high-quality, compelling software products.
• Help the team overcome any impediments and act as a single point of truth for them.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of Project Management experience.
• Proven experience in leading complex web and mobile projects.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies with solid hands-on experience with Kanban.
• Strong ability to align tasks with business goals and product priorities.
• Proactive approach to supporting and developing the team.
• Fluent English (C1).
