What you will do
- Identify opportunities for hirify.global solutions to deliver value with Fintech customers.
- Develop a book of high-potential prospects and maintain a pipeline to support attainment against quota.
- Own the end-to-end sales cycle and coordinate efforts from sales engineers and product specialists.
- Coordinate cross-functional resources and drive initiatives across hirify.global to support a consultative sales motion.
- Manage pipeline and accurately forecast deal value and win probability.
Requirements
- A minimum of 3+ years in a quota-carrying direct sales role with a track record of attainment.
- Excellent prospecting, qualifying, and negotiating skills with a customer-centric mindset.
- Working knowledge of APIs.
- Professional communication style, with the ability to explain complex concepts in simple terms to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to engage stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
