Location: On-site in New York or San Francisco.

Salary: $120,000 per year

What you will do

  • Identify opportunities for hirify.global solutions to deliver value with existing and prospective high-growth Fintech customers.
  • Develop a book of high-potential engaged prospects and maintain a sufficient pipeline to support successful quota attainment.
  • Own the end-to-end sales cycle and coordinate efforts from cross-functional team members.
  • Coordinate cross-functional resources and drive initiatives to support a consultative sales motion.
  • Manage pipeline and accurately forecast deal value and win probability.
  • Develop a deep understanding of hirify.global solutions and identify how customers can leverage the technology to achieve their unique goals.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 3+ years in a quota-carrying direct sales role with a strong track record of attainment.
  • Excellent prospecting, qualifying, and negotiating skills; consultative sales approach with a customer-centric mindset.
  • Working knowledge of APIs and a desire to understand how hirify.global works 'under hood'.
  • Professional yet relaxed communication style, with the ability to break down complex concepts for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to engage stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
