Project Manager (Clinical Research)

What you will do

• Lead study planning, setup, monitoring, and closeout activities to ensure successful project delivery.
• Coordinate with internal teams to translate customer requirements into effective project execution plans.
• Manage financial aspects, including budget reviews, revenue forecasting, and invoice reconciliation.
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation plans to ensure timely delivery and quality standards.
• Establish and maintain strong customer relationships and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Mentor and assist with onboarding and training new members of the Project Management team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience in clinical research, pharmaceutical, or life sciences.
• 3–5 years of project management experience, preferably supporting clinical trials.
• Knowledge of the pharmaceutical drug development process and clinical research environment.
• Strong financial management skills, including budgeting and forecasting.
• Professional fluency in English.
• Based in or able to work from Costa Rica.
