TL;DR

ServiceNow Solution Architect (ITAM): Designing and leading delivery of end-to-end ServiceNow solutions with a primary specialization in IT Asset Management (ITAM), including Software Asset Management (SAM) and Hardware Asset Management (HAM). Focus on translating client business requirements into scalable, secure, and upgrade-safe solutions aligned with ServiceNow best practices and organizational goals, including the incorporation of ServiceNow AI capabilities.

Location: Must be based in the United States. Candidates residing in the state of Hawaii cannot be considered. Willingness to travel (up to 15%).

Salary: $170,000–$200,000 USD (mix of base salary and bonus)

What you will do

• Collaborate with clients to design, develop, configure, and implement ServiceNow solutions, focusing on ITAM engagements.
• Architect integrations with third-party applications using SOAP and REST APIs.
• Oversee platform security, data integrity, and compliance with organizational and industry standards.
• Provide strategic recommendations, mentor development teams, and ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Lead design and architecture reviews for scalability, reliability, and performance optimization.
• Proactively identify and incorporate ServiceNow AI capabilities, including Now Assist, into solution designs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in an IT-related discipline, or minimum seven (7) years of relevant experience.
• 5+ years as a lead developer or technical architect with consulting experience in ServiceNow.
• Hands-on expertise in ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, and SPM modules.
• Deep understanding of Configuration Management, CMDB, Discovery, Service Graph Connectors, and CSDM.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Angular, HTML/CSS, Jelly, and ServiceNow data mapping.
• Strong knowledge of platform security and integration best practices.

Nice to have

• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (SAM, HAM, ITSM, ITOM, APM).
• ServiceNow Certified Data Foundations.
• ITIL Foundation or higher.
• ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or Master Architect (CMA).
