ServiceNow Solution Architect (ServiceNow): Responsible for programme management and technical delivery, driving ServiceNow implementation across clients and ensuring success. Focus on identifying new business opportunities, leading the sales process, designing solutions, and collaborating with C-level executives.

Location: Hybrid role based in the UK (Manchester, London, Woking, Bristol). You must have resided continuously within the United Kingdom for the last 5 years to obtain Security Check (SC) clearance. You will be unable to work from home 100% of the time.

What you will do

• Drive sales activities and business development around ServiceNow solutions.
• Lead the sales process from pre-sales through to contract signing.
• Collaborate with the sales team to design, scope, and pitch innovative ServiceNow solutions.
• Act as the primary point of contact for senior client and internal stakeholders.
• Work with C-level executives, IT leaders, and business units to tailor ServiceNow solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with ServiceNow's leadership and key partners.

Requirements

• Deep understanding of the ServiceNow platform, including HRSD, ITSM, ITOM, CSM, Employee Service Centre, Case and Knowledge Management, and Performance Analytics.
• Familiarity with HR processes and employee experience strategies.
• Understanding of Customer Experience (CX) strategies.
• Proficiency in technical aspects such as system integration, data migration, scripting, workflow automation, and configuring ServiceNow.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills (up to CXO level).
• Understanding of change management principles to ensure smooth adoption of new processes.
• Sales and consulting skills to present solutions and offer strategic advice.
• Ability to obtain Security Check (SC) clearance, requiring continuous residency in the United Kingdom for the last 5 years.
