What you will do

• Design, maintain, and evolve scalable, secure, and high-performing ServiceNow solutions.
• Define and document platform architecture, data models, and integration patterns for technical and business audiences.
• Lead technical design sessions and guide implementation of new modules, enhancements, and integrations.
• Provide hands-on architectural guidance and mentorship to developers, administrators, and configuration specialists.
• Oversee platform health, including performance, security, upgrade readiness, and continuous optimization.
• Ensure CMDB and foundation data accuracy, compliance with CSDM, and manage ServiceNow licensing.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (preferred).
• 7–10+ years of ServiceNow experience across architecture, development, and multiple modules.
• Proven ability to design scalable, secure, and upgrade-ready ServiceNow solutions.
• Strong experience leading technical design efforts and mentoring technical teams.
• Deep expertise in integrations, CMDB/CSDM, and platform governance.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Preferred certifications: ServiceNow CSA, CIS, CTA, and ITIL v4 Foundation.
