ServiceNow Architect: Solutioning, designing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions for business process improvement and enhanced user experiences with an accent on custom applications, integrations, and architectural integrity. Focus on providing technical guidance, ensuring architectural consistency across all ServiceNow modules, and driving innovation by leveraging the best ServiceNow features.

Location: Hybrid working, blend of Company offices, client sites, and home, noting that you will be unable to work at home 100% of the time. Must have resided continuously within the United Kingdom for the last 5 years to obtain Security Check (SC) clearance.

What you will do

• Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical designs.
• Lead the design and architecture of ServiceNow solutions, including custom applications and integrations.
• Oversee the configuration and customization of ServiceNow applications, including ITSM, ITOM, and HRSD.
• Develop and maintain the overall architecture of ServiceNow platforms.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the ServiceNow development team.
• Stay up to date with ServiceNow releases and enhancements.

Requirements

• Experience in ServiceNow development and architecture.
• Experience designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions across various modules.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS.
• ServiceNow CAD and CIS certifications are preferred; equivalent experience will also be considered.
• To be successfully appointed to this role, it is a requirement to obtain Security Check (SC) clearance.
• To obtain SC clearance, the successful applicant must have resided continuously within the United Kingdom for the last 5 years.
