What you will do
- Define the sales strategy and tactics for global channel partners to drive revenue growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with C-levels & VPs at partners.
- Negotiate complex partnership agreements to align with hirify.global’s expansion strategy.
- Expand the partner network and identify additional investments for growth, such as AI tooling.
- Build strong sales rigor at partners, setting clear targets and ensuring accountability.
- Manage, coach & develop a team of partner managers to deliver on revenue targets.
Requirements
- 12+ years experience in digital media, with 7+ years of people management in digital media sales.
- Proven background in building complex reseller partnerships from the ground up.
- Experience leading a team to sell into reseller partners with a history of exceeding revenue targets.
- Deep familiarity with the channel partner and ads reseller ecosystem.
- Demonstrated expertise in building and cultivating relationships with senior decision-makers.
- Strong sales mentality, commercial acumen, and strategic thinking with an action-oriented approach.
