Director, Channel Partnerships (Adtech): Leading and accelerating hirify.global's Global Channel Partnership business by expanding the partner network, redefining sales strategies, and creating a high-performance culture with an accent on driving revenue growth via channel partnerships globally. Focus on negotiating complex agreements, building C-level relationships, and ensuring partners meet ambitious sales targets.

Location: Must be based in either London or Amsterdam

What you will do

  • Define the sales strategy and tactics for global channel partners to drive revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with C-levels & VPs at partners.
  • Negotiate complex partnership agreements to align with hirify.global’s expansion strategy.
  • Expand the partner network and identify additional investments for growth, such as AI tooling.
  • Build strong sales rigor at partners, setting clear targets and ensuring accountability.
  • Manage, coach & develop a team of partner managers to deliver on revenue targets.

Requirements

  • 12+ years experience in digital media, with 7+ years of people management in digital media sales.
  • Proven background in building complex reseller partnerships from the ground up.
  • Experience leading a team to sell into reseller partners with a history of exceeding revenue targets.
  • Deep familiarity with the channel partner and ads reseller ecosystem.
  • Demonstrated expertise in building and cultivating relationships with senior decision-makers.
  • Strong sales mentality, commercial acumen, and strategic thinking with an action-oriented approach.

  • Prior startup or high-growth experience.
