What you will do

• Work in collaboration with the client and be responsible for a seamless successful project and product as the outcome.
• Manage projects from beginning to end with clear communication regularly on milestones, targets, goals, and deadlines.
• Develop existing client relationships as part of the business pipeline.
• Develop internal and external marketing communications including email marketing and CMS.
• Continuously assess working methods and processes while making recommendations for improvement.
• Support the Account Director in managing the project’s critical path, deliverables, and budget where appropriate, updating stakeholders and recap reviews.

Requirements

• Excellent client engagement skills with the ability to proactively organise and influence clients and build strong and effective working relationships.
• Exceptional project management skills to be the product owner working with the clients.
• A track record in copywriting and proofing of external comms.
• Experience in digital marketing is highly beneficial.
• Knowledge of CRM systems, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and AEM is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other related software.

Nice to have

• Working knowledge of using word press would be valuable.
• Quick learner and self-motivated.
