What you will do
- Collaborate with strategic cross-functional partners to define and prioritize technical strategy, investments, and tradeoffs.
- Own and communicate the product and technology risk profile to executive leadership and the Board.
- Design and lead a scalable, high-performing engineering organization, evolving operating rhythms and development processes.
- Lead the engineering organization through AI adoption, applying AI and ML to software development and customer value.
- Manage engineering budget, resource planning, and financial performance.
- Attract, hire, develop, and hold accountable strong engineering leaders.
Requirements
- Senior executive experience owning technology strategy, delivery, talent, risk, and financial outcomes for a large engineering organization.
- Proven ability to scale and lead engineering organizations through growth and change.
- Demonstrated experience applying AI and ML in a product development context.
- Strong enterprise-level systems thinking.
- Credibility with executive peers and Boards, including comfort communicating risk, tradeoffs, and investment decisions.
- Financial acumen sufficient to manage significant budgets.
- Employment with hirify.global is contingent on passing both a background and credit check.
