TL;DR

Manager/Senior Manager, Business Recruiting (HR): Leading and evolving business recruiting across GTM and G&A functions with an accent on translating business strategy into executable talent plans and improving hiring quality. Focus on acting as a strategic advisor to senior leaders, driving cross-functional global initiatives, and using data to diagnose risks and unblock progress.

Location: Hybrid in San Francisco, California. Proof of eligibility to work in the United States is required.

Salary: $175,000–$220,000

What you will do

  • Partner with senior leaders across various functions to define hiring priorities and headcount strategy.
  • Translate business goals into clear recruiting strategies and quarterly hiring plans.
  • Act as a trusted advisor on talent market dynamics, role design, and leveling.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Business Recruiters.
  • Own pipeline health and hiring performance across key business teams, using data to diagnose risks.
  • Lead and contribute to initiatives that scale Business Recruiting globally, including tooling and AI adoption.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of recruiting experience, with people leadership in a fast-growing tech company.
  • Deep experience hiring for Go-To-Market (GTM) and/or General & Administrative (G&A) roles.
  • Proven ability to partner with senior business leaders as a strategic advisor.
  • Strong analytical and operational mindset, comfortable using data to make decisions.
  • Experience operating across multiple functions and regions.
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States and adhere to a hybrid working policy in San Francisco.
