What you will do

• Transform client finance query processes using ServiceNow modules, creating streamlined workflows.
• Lead discovery workshops with stakeholders to uncover pain points and gather requirements.
• Design future-state process flows that enhance efficiency and transparency.
• Create detailed business requirements that translate client needs into actionable technical specifications.
• Collaborate with the technical implementation team to ensure solutions meet business objectives.

Requirements

• Experience with ServiceNow platform in Finance and Control contexts.
• Understanding of Connect to Resolve / Query to Resolve processes.
• Proven ability to analyze business needs and manage requirements from a business perspective.
• Track record of successful collaboration with IT teams to deliver ServiceNow implementations.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree or higher (preferably in a relevant field).

Nice to have

• Knowledge of different Service Delivery Models (GBS/SSC/BPO/hybrid/BOT).
• Process knowledge in AP/AR/GL/MDM.
