What you will do

  • Partner with B2B clients to create and execute CRM strategies that support business goals.
  • Configure and tailor HubSpot CRM to meet complex client requirements and ensure scalable setups.
  • Manage and maintain CRM databases, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and strong governance.
  • Analyze lifecycle and customer interaction data, translating insights into strategic recommendations.
  • Design and manage advanced workflow automations within HubSpot to improve efficiency.
  • Generate comprehensive reports and insights for data-driven client decision-making.

Requirements

  • 4–5 years of professional experience in CRM with a strong B2B focus and proven success.
  • Strong expertise in HubSpot CRM, including its features, customization, and integration capabilities.
  • Proficiency in developing CRM strategies that align with diverse client needs and business goals.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, from planning to execution and monitoring.
  • Strong customer-centric mindset and high standards for service quality.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are required.

Nice to have

  • German language skills are a plus.
