What you will do

• Develop and execute comprehensive CRM and e-CRM strategies through targeted campaigns.
• Analyze customer data to identify pain points and optimize sequential user experiences.
• Implement personalization and automation best practices for dynamic email content and segmentation.
• Improve omnichannel customer journeys to enhance conversion and retention rates.
• Collaborate with analytics, web, and creative teams to ensure integrated campaign execution.
• Prepare and present performance reports, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders.

Requirements

• 7+ years of strategy experience focused on CRM.
• Fluency in German and English.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, UX, or Communications.
• Strong analytical mindset and proven ability to drive successful marketing campaigns.
• Attention to detail and proficiency in MS PPT and Excel.
• Knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud is a significant asset.
