What you will do

• Track cultural signals, consumer behaviors, and tech innovations to define future brand moments.
• Manage market and competitor intelligence to provide a strategic edge for client campaigns.
• Translate consumer motivations into bold, experiential concepts in partnership with creative teams.
• Define KPIs and measurement strategies to quantify the impact and ROI of brand experiences.
• Lead strategic narratives and recommendations for C-suite stakeholders.
• Design seamless brand touchpoints throughout the entire customer journey.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in agency or brand strategy roles.
• Strong background in customer journey mapping and experience design principles.
• Ability to distill complex data into actionable creative insights.
• Fluent English required; German language skills are considered a major asset.
• Proven ability to present and persuade senior stakeholders.
