TL;DR

Traffic Manager: Managing resource schedules and studio operations for creative projects in a fast-paced environment with an accent on efficient resource allocation, project delivery, and stakeholder communication. Focus on interrogating briefs, managing amendments, and ensuring smooth studio workflow to deliver compelling B2B campaigns.

Location: London, England, United Kingdom (hybrid, 2 days a week from Uxbridge, Stockley park offices & 1 day from our London HQ)

What you will do

  • Manage the resource schedule to ensure effective studio operation and avoid downtime.
  • Oversee resource requests, assign relevant talent to projects, and manage workload changes and updates.
  • Interrogate briefs, manage amendments, and final file requests.
  • Actively participate in daily production meetings.
  • Ensure all stakeholders are informed of project statuses, changes, and potential resource conflicts.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of relevant experience in traffic/resource management across various areas such as print, motion graphics, web design, artwork, and social media.
  • Exceptional organisational and communication skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to book and manage resources in high-volume, fast-paced studio settings.
  • Expertise in multitasking and dealing with constant requests and changes.
  • Understanding of agency and account processes, coupled with good negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in dealing directly with clients and implementing/updating processes.

  • Experience within in-house agency settings.
  • Competence with various resource management systems and tools.
  • Strong leadership and team encouragement skills.
  • Ability to challenge convention by proposing alternative processes and solutions.
