What you will do

• Coordinate art resources, schedules, and priorities with the Art Director and Production.
• Provide artistic and technical direction to asset team artists.
• Produce benchmark assets while adhering to existing art pipelines.
• Lead the production and creation of art assets for projects.
• Ensure high-quality artistic results and milestone delivery while mentoring 3D Artists.
• Collaborate with Production to prioritize work, identify issues, and ensure tasks have sufficient information.

Requirements

• Proven game cycle experience as a Senior or Lead Artist, with at least one shipped title.
• Advanced understanding of 3D packages including Photoshop, Substance Designer/Painter, Zbrush, and Marmoset Toolbag.
• Excellent knowledge of unwrapping, modifying, and creating UVs.
• Expertise with PBR, lighting, rendering, and material authoring.
• Demonstrates excellent foundational artistic skills, including composition, design, structure, silhouette, and colour theory.
• Excellent leadership and mentoring abilities, as well as interpersonal skills.
• Experience working in an Agile workflow.
