What you will do

• Develop and implement effective marketing plans for a portfolio of events and magazines.
• Manage marketing budgets effectively.
• Lead the execution of marketing, promotions, and communications campaigns, reporting on effectiveness and results.
• Manage the creative/design process for marketing material, ensuring all communications are on-message.
• Work with the sales team to create sales campaigns focused on both new client growth and increased client retention.
• Develop key relationships and partnerships with industry and sector media.

Requirements

• Strong team leadership skills with a coaching mindset.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Strong IT skills including Microsoft Office, social media scheduling tools, website CMS systems, and Email Service Providers/CRMs.
• Excellent understanding of digital marketing principles and platforms, including Google Analytics.
