TL;DR

Location: Remote within APMEA (Asia-Pacific, Middle East, and Africa)

What you will do

  • Design and deploy comprehensive sales training programs aligned with APMEA’s regional sales strategy and company goals.
  • Establish regular communication with the field to gather real-time feedback and ensure agile enablement.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to co-create high-quality sales collateral, playbooks, and value-based messaging.
  • Partner with sales leaders to diagnose skill gaps and develop customized training roadmaps for their teams.
  • Build and implement programs that equip Sales Managers with advanced coaching techniques.
  • Rigorously assess the effectiveness of all enablement initiatives using data-driven insights.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of combined experience in Sales Enablement and Direct Sales, preferably within a high-growth SaaS environment.
  • Proven success in product, technical, and sales methodology enablement.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Elite presentation and facilitation skills.
  • Deep understanding of the sales lifecycle, from business development to account management.
  • Ability to translate complex product features into simple, compelling value propositions and sales playbooks.

Nice to have

  • Additional certifications in Training & Development (e.g., CPTD, Instructional Design).
  • Experience working with or within the APMEA (Asia-Pacific, Middle East, and Africa) market.
