What you will do

• Execute a multi-year product roadmap, focusing on delivering key features for a self-serve UI and external APIs.
• Drive cross-functional go-to-market exercises for the Curation Platform and hirify.global deals business.
• Continuously analyze the market and competitive landscape to identify new features and market opportunities.
• Lead stakeholder management and collaboration with core cross-functional teams.
• Define and socialize product and business success metrics for key features.
• Act as the strategic steward of the curation product, ensuring alignment with the holistic company strategy.

Requirements

• 4+ years of product management experience required.
• 2+ years in ad tech with a deep understanding of the ecosystem.
• Solid understanding of the programmatic advertising ecosystem (SSPs, DSPs).
• Experience productizing data-driven solutions with working knowledge of AI/ML applications.
• Track record of collaborating with sales and business development teams on enterprise product launches.
• 2+ years delivering customer-facing software products from concept through launch and iteration.
