TL;DR

What you will do

  • Lead 5-15 customer implementations simultaneously, managing projects and ensuring on-time delivery.
  • Apply best practices and advise customers on contract lifecycle management.
  • Design and build customer contracting processes within the hirify.global platform.
  • Manage challenging customer conversations, resetting expectations and addressing product feedback.
  • Act as the “Voice of Customer” to the Product team, sharing feedback and collaborating.
  • Proactively improve team implementation processes and respond to customer escalations.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of professional service and/or consulting experience with B2B SaaS software companies.
  • Passion for learning new technologies and driving outcomes through technical solutions.
  • Demonstrated capability to establish meaningful customer relationships and manage expectations.
  • Ability to navigate complex enterprise organizational structures (Legal, Sales, Procurement, IT teams).
  • Familiarity with CLM (contract lifecycle management) and legal operations business processes.
  • English: B2 required.
  • Work format: Hybrid in San Francisco or New York City.
