Location: Must work 5 days a week in our Mountain View, CA office and will involve up to 30% travel for on-site client engagement.

Salary: $80K – $120K

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end implementation projects, ensuring timelines, milestones, and deliverables are met.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customer stakeholders during the implementation process.
• Oversee system configuration, integration, and testing, ensuring alignment with customer workflows and technical environments.
• Deliver customized training sessions for end-users, ensuring early adoption of Scribe.
• Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, owning the outcomes and escalating effectively to leadership and internal teams.
• Drive continuous improvement of implementation processes based on metrics and feedback.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Mathematics, Biology, or related technical field
• 3-5+ years of experience in SaaS implementation, project management, or related roles, preferably in the healthcare industry.
• Strong understanding of healthcare workflows and EHR systems.
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively
• Technical proficiency, including experience with data analysis and API integrations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Nice to have

• Familiarity with AI-driven solutions or medical documentation workflows is a strong plus.
• Proficiency in Retool or SQL is a plus
• PMP or other project management certifications are a plus
• Experience in prompt engineering is a bonus
