TL;DR

Solutions Engineer (Software/SaaS): Partnering with the Sales team to lead custom product demonstrations for enterprise customers and supporting special projects as the lead technical sales representative with an accent on distilling complex information into practical business context. Focus on navigating complex problems and providing detailed solutions to customers and internal stakeholders.

Location: Based in Glendale, CA. Ability to travel frequently (>25%). The expected salary range for this role is for candidates residing in the United States.

Salary: $133,400–$142,800 USD (plus commission).

What you will do

  • Partner with the Sales team to lead custom product demonstrations based upon business process and workflow.
  • Support Special Projects for the Enterprise Sales Team, as the lead technical sales representative.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders in R&D, Sales, and Onboarding on product roadmap strategy.
  • Enable new hires and internal teammates on up-to-date product functionality and industry insights.
  • Analyze and provide objective feedback on customer compatibility with recommended products and/or features.
  • Reposition customer objections by providing creative workflow solutions based on deep product knowledge.

Requirements

  • 4 years of experience in sales engineering and/or relevant experience in Sales, Product, or Engineering.
  • Associate degree required.
  • Proven track record of success within or assisting the Sales organization.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Able to navigate complex problems and provide detailed solutions to customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to travel frequently and with short notice (more than 25% of the time).
