What you will do
- Build multi-channel campaigns for the fight sports CRM schedule, driving revenue, up-sell and subscriber growth targets.
- Brief campaign and segmentation builds to a CRM operations team for scheduling/dispatch.
- Coordinate creative assets and write copy for fight sports messaging.
- Personalize and segment CRM to optimize conversion and engagement.
- Champion testing and optimization of CRM creative, copy and content.
Requirements
- At least 2 years’ experience in a CRM Manager role.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic and international environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage high-priority projects to tight deadlines.
- Excellence in stakeholder management within a multinational matrix organization.
Nice to have
- A passion for sport or a deep understanding of subscription services, ideally in an international context.
