What you will do
- Identify, nurture, and close opportunities for Cloud monthly contracts and strategic Enterprise business.
- Evangelize hirify.global’s vision and solutions to secure commercial commitments.
- Apply a solution-based approach to selling, demonstrating clear business value.
- Drive awareness and adoption of hirify.global Cloud.
- Manage customer details, use cases, timelines, and forecasting in Salesforce.
- Deliver accurate monthly business forecasts and contribute to the hirify.global ecosystem.
Requirements
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional resources for successful outcomes.
- Expertise in aligning cloud solutions with customer business needs and technical requirements.
- 5+ years of experience in cloud and infrastructure software; open-source software business models preferred.
- Passion for building customer relationships and working in a global team.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with strong business and technical acumen.
Nice to have
- Entrepreneurial mindset and results-driven in fast-moving environments.
- Experience in a remote-first, global organization.
- Prior success selling databases or deploying applications with major cloud providers.
