Senior Account Manager

TL;DR

Senior Account Manager (Marketing): Managing key client accounts and leading campaign development from brief to execution with an accent on influencer marketing and performance metrics. Focus on client relationship management, upselling ideas, and mentoring junior team members in a fast-paced agency environment.

Location: Hybrid work model, requiring in-office presence three (3) days per week at our NY office, with the remaining days worked remotely.

Salary: $110,000 - $130,000, based on experience, skills, and qualifications.

What you will do

• Respond to client briefs, coordinate team members, and develop creative campaigns based on competitive and consumer trends.
• Write impactful proposals, craft persuasive pitches, and present clearly to key stakeholders.
• Build rapport with clients, understand their business objectives, and translate these into client briefings.
• Oversee multiple campaigns, liaise with campaign teams, and address concerns with suggested solutions.
• Provide regular updates and reporting to clients, offering recommendations and expertise.
• Proactively ideate additional activities for clients based on detailed knowledge of their business and objectives.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in a client servicing role at an agency or brand, dealing with high-profile clients.
• Genuine passion for influencer and social media marketing.
• Experience upselling ideas to clients and presenting confidently to stakeholders at all levels.
• Exceptional organization and ability to manage multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills to tailor communication and build relationships with stakeholders.
• Experience as a line manager, developing less experienced team members.
