What you will do

• Lead change management and communication strategy, planning, implementation, and tracking for ERP roadmap stages.
• Define human-centric change methods and tools for effective and efficient change management.
• Periodically review and adjust the effectiveness and efficiency of change management measures.
• Ensure a high-impact and human-centric change management strategy.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in change management, organizational development, communication, HR, or process management.
• Proven track record in leading transformation initiatives and organizational change programs.
• Experience with change management methodologies and frameworks.
• Transformative leadership capabilities with strong coaching and advisory skills.
• Proficiency in agile ways of working and adaptive approaches.
• Fluent in English (C1+).
