What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and scale the EMEA Solutions Architecture team, setting technical standards and promoting a customer-first culture.
• Partner with Sales, Product, and Engineering to drive successful outcomes across enterprise and commercial customers.
• Serve as a senior technical advisor to customers, engaging with C-suite stakeholders, architects, data engineers, and developers.
• Translate business and technical requirements into scalable, cloud-native solution designs.
• Evangelize hirify.global’s vision and value proposition across the EMEA market through participation in executive briefings and community initiatives.
• Provide feedback from the field to inform product strategy, roadmap priorities, and go-to-market execution.

Requirements

• Significant experience in Solutions Architecture, Sales Engineering, or a similar customer-facing technical leadership role, with prior people management experience.
• Strong background working with open-source software business models and cloud-first technologies.
• Hands-on experience designing and supporting scalable, highly available distributed systems.
• Proven ability to balance strategic leadership with hands-on technical engagement when needed.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience operating in fast-growing, high-change environments and building teams from early stages.

Nice to have

• Experience deploying applications or selling into environments with major cloud providers (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Familiarity with database technologies, data modeling, and analytical workloads.
• Prior experience supporting multiple countries or regions within EMEA.
