TL;DR

Sales Development Representative (SaaS): Identifying, engaging, and qualifying prospective customers for hirify.global's intelligent operations platform with an accent on pipeline generation and B2B SaaS sales. Focus on booking outbound meetings with C-level executives through cold outreach and leveraging a modern prospecting tech stack.

Location: Must be authorized to work in Australia at the time of hire and for the duration of employment. Located in Sydney, Australia.

Salary: $68,000–$80,000 AUD annually

What you will do

  • Research, identify, and prospect new customer accounts within an assigned territory.
  • Book outbound meetings with various buyer personas, including Director, VP, and C-level through cold calls, emails, and social outreach.
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads, converting them into sales-ready opportunities.
  • Deliver relevant marketing content and promote marketing events to prospective customers.
  • Partner with Account Executives to build and execute shared territory plans-of-attack.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in an Outbound Lead generation role.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Hunter mentality, self-motivated, and takes initiative.
  • Willingness to learn, grow, and be coached.
  • Well-organized and has strong follow-through.
  • Genuine passion for technology and learning.
  • English: B2 required.

Nice to have

  • History of quota over-achievement.
  • Bachelor's degree a plus.
