Sales Development Representative (Data Intelligence): Engages enterprise prospects to uncover data challenges and articulate the value of hirify.global’s data intelligence solutions with an accent on qualifying inbound leads, driving outbound prospecting, and multi-channel engagement. Focus on building pipeline, understanding complex data needs, and generating high-quality meetings for the sales team.

Location: Hybrid, based in Round Rock, Texas

What you will do

  • Qualify and discover prospect challenges and initiatives for Data Intelligence solutions.
  • Identify and prioritize target accounts, following up on inbound leads and driving outbound prospecting.
  • Deliver thoughtful, multi-channel outreach tailored to technical and business stakeholders.
  • Communicate hirify.global’s value proposition and generate qualified meetings.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, engineering, and marketing teams.
  • Maintain an accurate Salesforce pipeline and territory plan.

Requirements

  • 6+ months of sales, customer-facing, or service experience.
  • Confidence engaging managers, directors, and executives.
  • Proven success in a goal-oriented, performance-driven environment.
  • Curiosity about data, analytics, and enterprise technology.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including email cadence development.
  • A self-starter mindset with creativity, persistence, and ownership.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Salesforce and modern prospecting tools (ZoomInfo, Cognism, Outreach, Demandbase, Gong, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
