What you will do
- Lead the vision, strategy, and roadmap for a set of Life Events Propositions.
- Build, manage, and prioritize a clear product backlog aligned with customer needs and Group objectives.
- Utilize data, insight, and research to understand customer behavior and identify opportunities to improve journeys.
- Partner closely with engineering, design, analytics, and policy teams to deliver high-quality features and experiences.
- Track KPIs, measure outcomes, and drive continuous improvement across propositions.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the bank to ensure alignment and effective governance.
Requirements
- Experience in product ownership or product management in a digital setting.
- Experience prioritising product backlogs.
- Good understanding of agile toolsets such as Jira/Jira Align.
- Strong customer-centric approach with the ability to simplify complex financial journeys.
- Confident using data and insight to guide decisions and shape priorities (e.g., Adobe Analytics).
- Effective communicator who can influence and collaborate across teams and seniority levels.
