What you will do
- Conduct in-depth research and analysis of emerging fraud trends, attacker methodologies, and industry best practices in B2B & B2C fraud prevention.
- Formulate and drive a fraud tackling product strategy, ensuring alignment with overall Financial Crime Intelligence Product domain goals and company direction.
- Own fraud controls across transactional fraud, document fraud, and behavioural anomalies, detecting abnormal user behaviour across customer journeys.
- Translate control gaps or breaches into a clear, actionable roadmap, ensuring timely and effective delivery across fiat/crypto transactions, card spends, and internal processes.
- Partner with operational, compliance, Data Science (on predictive AI models), and Security teams on various aspects of fraud prevention and security.
- Design real-time and pre-authorisation fraud controls, defining step-up, blocking, and friction strategies based on risk signals.
Requirements
- 4+ years’ experience as a Product Manager, with 2+ years developing Anti-Fraud products.
- Previous experience in fintech, crypto, payments, or regulated financial services.
- Domain expertise in an area such as card fraud or transfer/payment fraud.
- Analytical thinking and proficiency with system design discussions.
- Demonstrated ability to influence across functions and geographies to drive alignment and execution.
- Must be able to work 4 days a week from the London office.
Nice to have
- Experience managing AI products, customer-facing products, and back office systems.
- Experience leading vendor evaluations, integrations, and performance management.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Experience building platforms that serve both B2B and B2B2C use cases.
