Location: This role is based in our Mission Bay, San Francisco office. It uses a hybrid work model: three days in the office per week with optional work from home on Thursdays and Fridays. Relocation assistance is offered to new employees to the US.

Compensation: $240K – $295K + Offers Equity

What you will do

  • Lead and mentor a high-performing technical recruiting team.
  • Partner with organization leaders to design and execute comprehensive hiring strategies.
  • Develop lasting relationships with technical leaders, hiring managers, and external partners.
  • Elevate the candidate experience at every touchpoint.
  • Leverage data to optimize recruiting efforts and drive operational rigor.
  • Champion diversity and inclusion by implementing strategies to attract underrepresented talent.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of recruiting experience, with at least 7+ years in a management role.
  • Strong background in technical recruiting for engineering and machine learning roles.
  • Proven ability to lead, mentor, and inspire a team of recruiting professionals.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills to build deep relationships with both internal stakeholders and external talent.
  • Strategic and analytical mindset, using data and market insights to shape decisions.
  • Strong technical acumen to engage credibly with both candidates and hiring managers.
  • Commitment to driving diversity in hiring.
  • Must be based in the Mission Bay, San Francisco office (hybrid model).
  • US work authorization required.
