Requirements
- 15+ years of recruiting experience, with at least 7+ years in a management role.
- Strong background in technical recruiting for engineering and machine learning roles.
- Proven ability to lead, mentor, and inspire a team of recruiting professionals.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills to build deep relationships with both internal stakeholders and external talent.
- Strategic and analytical mindset, using data and market insights to shape decisions.
- Strong technical acumen to engage credibly with both candidates and hiring managers.
- Commitment to driving diversity in hiring.
- Must be based in the Mission Bay, San Francisco office (hybrid model).
- US work authorization required.
