• Lead and mentor a team of senior technical recruiters and sourcers to scale R&D hiring.
• Partner with C-suite and VP-level Product and Engineering leaders to align recruitment strategies with technical roadmaps.
• Execute end-to-end talent strategy for engineering, product, and technical leadership roles globally.
• Innovate recruiting models by integrating AI-native methodologies and data-driven performance metrics.
• Elevate candidate quality through rigorous selection criteria and data-backed analytics.
• Build scalable recruiting org structures to support hyper-growth and organizational complexity.

Requirements

• Must be located in or willing to work from Menlo Park, CA
• 12+ years in Talent Acquisition with at least 7+ years in Engineering and Product recruiting management.
• Proven track record of scaling engineering organizations in high-growth enterprise software or cloud environments.
• Advanced ability to use data for strategic influence and talent program design.
• Strong experience leading teams and coaching senior stakeholders or executive leaders.
• Effective relationship management skills across HRBPs, finance, and R&D operations.
