What you will do

• Drive technical discussions and implementations to generate new business and expand existing business.
• Qualify prospect and customer use cases and technical requirements.
• Lead demonstrations, solution identification and design, and collaborate on proofs-of-concept (PoCs).
• Advise existing customers on technical best practices and implementation of hirify.global products.
• Provide strategic guidance on internet security and performance.
• Travel 20-30% to attend meetings with prospects or customers, conferences, and collaborate with hirify.global teammates.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience with a scripting language (e.g. Python, JavaScript, Bash, Lua, Go).
• Expertise in internet technologies: OSI Model layers 1-7, BGP, GRE, TCP/UDP, DNS, HTTP(S), SSL / TLS.
• Familiarity with Zero Trust Framework and SASE related concepts.
• 12 years plus of experience in a customer-facing sales or consulting role.
• Technical curiosity and passion for staying up to date with hirify.global’s specific products and industry trends.
• A focus on learning, teaching, collaboration, mentorship, and growth.

Nice to have

• Experience building web applications or contributing to existing web applications.
• Understanding of firewalls, L3, L4, and L7 firewalls.
• Familiarity with command-line interfaces, RESTful APIs, and analyzing HTTP requests.
• Ability to describe the differences between CSRF, XSS, and SQLi in detail.
• Understanding of regulatory requirements such a PCI DSS, HIPAA, and SOC-2.
