Salary: $196,000 — $245,000 USD

What you will do

• Architect and maintain technical solutions and operational processes for secure high-value digital asset transactions.
• Develop security automation and tooling to measure and monitor real-time security posture for key stakeholders.
• Proactively monitor and respond to smart contract risks through an enhanced security program.
• Mentor engineering teams on digital asset and smart contract security best practices, driving security-by-design.
• Advise on security engineering methodologies, tooling decisions, and vendor integrations.

Requirements

• 8+ years of industry experience in security or engineering with a focus on securing digital assets.
• Deep understanding of security architecture for digital asset primitives and end-to-end on-chain/off-chain transactions.
• Strong working knowledge of key management solutions (MPC, HSM), cryptography, and key lifecycle management.
• Proficiency in Javascript and/or Python.
• Must be based in New York to support the hybrid office collaboration model.
• Proven ability to communicate complex security and compliance topics into functional engineering requirements.
