TL;DR

Enterprise Customer Success Manager (Cybersecurity SaaS): Ensuring customer success and satisfaction with hirify.global cybersecurity products by designing success plans, leading training sessions, and gathering customer feedback. Focus on nurturing long-lasting relationships with clients, identifying product gaps, and developing scalable solutions to address them.

Location: Candidates who reside within 45 miles of one of hirify.global offices will follow hybrid work model working onsite three days per week and remotely the remaining days.

Salary: $110K - $150K

What you will do

  • Design success plans for strategic customers, guiding them from onboarding to renewal to achieve their business objectives.
  • Achieve and report on customer health, satisfaction, retention, and growth targets.
  • Act as the voice of the customer, providing feedback to internal teams, including Product Development.
  • Lead training sessions to ensure product meets user needs and is widely used.
  • Monitor recordkeeping to ensure relevant customer information is captured for informed customer interactions.
  • Develop and execute programs for ongoing customer development (health checks, product upgrades, workshops, etc.).

Requirements

  • 5+ years’ experience as a Customer Success Manager, technical account manager, or related customer-facing role in a Cybersecurity SaaS solutions company.
  • Aptitude to develop and maintain an understanding of hirify.global solutions and related Microsoft technologies including Active Directory and Entra.
  • Experience working with C-level Executives, including meetings and high-level presentations.
  • Ability to understand and explain technical cybersecurity data.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Proactive; ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and anticipate their needs.

  • Experience with SFDC, and Active Directory.
