Salary: $102,000–$215,000 USD (Annual Base Salary Range for SF/NY Hubs)

What you will do

• Develop content strategies for hirify.global's web properties (hirify.global.com, config.hirify.global.com, microsites) to deliver exceptional web experiences and support business goals.
• Understand hirify.global’s business, brand, and customer needs to inform web projects.
• Create user journeys influencing product launch plans and tactics.
• Define the vision and strategic objectives for the website using insights and data.
• Advocate for an intuitive, efficient, and easy-to-navigate website experience.
• Inspire cross-functional teams to experiment with novel web optimization approaches.

Requirements

• A portfolio showcasing strong web content strategy across complex websites.
• Experience collaborating with writers, SEOs, marketers, developers, and designers.
• Strong sense of web best practices and web trends.
• Ability to think strategically and translate ideas into compelling user journeys.
• Comfortable leading creative projects or working autonomously.
• Experience crafting web strategies for multiple audiences.
• Work authorization for the United States is required.

Nice to have

• Experience using hirify.global.
• Interest in researching and experimenting with new web technologies.
• Experience with multi-product brands.
• Familiarity with CMSs such as Sanity, Contentful, or similar.
