Salary: $67,000 - $79,000 USD (On-target Earnings OR Base Salary range in Nashville, TN)

What you will do
- Support a wide range of tactical account responsibilities including issue tracking, data analysis, and meeting preparation.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of clients to contribute to strategic initiatives.
- Collaborate with Account Management to drive successful renewals and improve customer success.
- Be the voice of the customer and partner with cross-functional teams.
- Oversee multiple customer projects throughout their lifecycle.
Requirements
- 1+ years of client-facing customer success, sales, account management, or customer service experience.
- General knowledge of software applications (e.g., Salesforce, Google Apps).
- Strong customer focus and acute attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Flexible and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
