TL;DR

Customer Success Manager: Driving customer retention and growth by ensuring customers leverage the full value of the hirify.global solution with an accent on tactical account responsibilities, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration. Focus on overseeing multiple customer projects throughout their lifecycle and improving the approach to customer success at scale.

Location: Hybrid in Nashville, Tennessee, United States. Individuals are expected to work from the office 3 days a week in hub locations (Denver, San Francisco, or Santiago, Chile). A relocation stipend may be available for those willing to relocate to a hirify.global hub location.

Salary: $67,000 - $79,000 USD (On-target Earnings OR Base Salary range in Nashville, TN)

What you will do

  • Support a wide range of tactical account responsibilities including issue tracking, data analysis, and meeting preparation.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of clients to contribute to strategic initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Account Management to drive successful renewals and improve customer success.
  • Be the voice of the customer and partner with cross-functional teams.
  • Oversee multiple customer projects throughout their lifecycle.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of client-facing customer success, sales, account management, or customer service experience.
  • General knowledge of software applications (e.g., Salesforce, Google Apps).
  • Strong customer focus and acute attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Flexible and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

  • Experience in the SaaS or Human Resources space.
