What you will do

• Own program-level planning, execution, and delivery of global regulatory content initiatives.
• Maintain the master roadmap, tracking milestones, dependencies, and delivery status across workstreams.
• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration between Product, Engineering, Localization, Sales, and Support teams.
• Establish standardized program artifacts including intake tracking, timelines, and status reports.
• Track and report on program KPIs including SLA adherence and automation readiness.
• Support governance and escalation by identifying risks and surfacing trade-offs to leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Operations, or Technology.
• 5+ years of experience in Program Management within a SaaS or regulated environment.
• Strong experience coordinating cross-functional initiatives across Product and Engineering teams.
• Advanced proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, and Wrike.
• Fluent English (written and verbal) is required.
• Strong systems thinking and ability to build structure within ambiguity.

Nice to have

• Experience with compliance, HSE, ESG, or regulated content domains.
• PMP, Agile, or Six Sigma certifications.
• Fluency in additional languages.
