What you will do

• Design and implement Cloud Connectors in Go that integrate hirify.global workloads with AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.
• Embed security throughout the lifecycle with least privilege, secret management, and secure code reviews.
• Collaborate with product, security, SRE, and platform teams to shape requirements, write design docs, and drive architectural decisions.
• Participate in design reviews, architectural discussions, and roadmap planning.
• Ship with a DevOps mindset using CI/CD, GitOps, infrastructure as code with Terraform, Kubernetes deployment patterns, feature flags, and progressive delivery.
• Operate what you build: instrument telemetry, create dashboards and alerts, and set SLOs.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Go programming language.
• Experience with cloud providers such as AWS, Azure, GCP.
• Experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration.
• Strong understanding of software development best practices and design patterns.
• Experience with Git and Linux/Unix environments.
• Good communication and collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively in a distributed environment.
